What is expected of you ?
- Identify and evaluate new partnership opportunities, including potential partners, market trends, and competitive landscape.
- Build and maintain relationships with key partners, including negotiation of partnership agreements and contracts.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, product, and finance, to drive successful partnership outcomes.
- Develop and manage the partnership budget, ensuring appropriate resources are allocated to drive maximum ROI.
- Measure and analyze the performance of partnerships, identifying areas for optimization and improvement.
- Provide leadership and guidance to the partnership team, including mentoring, coaching, and professional development.
What you will need to bring :
- MBA Pass out / BTech Pass out
- 10+ years of experience in corporate partnerships, B2B sales, business development.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful partnerships that drive revenue growth and enhance brand awareness.
- Work experience in startups
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent project management and organizational skills.
- Willingness to travel as needed
