Vice President - Corporate HR (To be based at AGRA)

- MBA HR (Full time) with 22 to 28 years experience in HR.

- Atleast 8 years in corporate HR function.

- Should have handled multiple plants.

Responsibilities :

- Strategy and Policy making

- Talent Management,

- Talent acquisition,

- Change management,

- Organization Development, Succession planning,

- Capability building, HR Process for Corporate systems,

- Culture building exercises,

- Performance management system & KRAs,

- Personnel policies, Staff service rules,

- Aligning Human Resources with Organizational vision, Missions & objectives,

- Responsibility for senior level decisions making and strategic direction of the organization,

- Coordination on HR related activities with senior management & directors,

- Annual Budgets & Review Analysis,

- Training & Development - evaluation and monitoring.
