VP - Corporate HR Employee Engagement & Organization Development
- To drive Experience in Employer Branding and a more consistent 'look and feel' and developing and delivering the organization's internal communication strategy, planning and calendar of activity, supporting us to increase levels of employee engagement.
- To Lead on the development and implementation of new engagement platform, which we see as integral to the future of our organizational communications.
- To Initiate and implement innovative Team building and collaborative initiatives that helped improve the Organizational Development Index.
- To develop a comprehensive and sustainable employee engagement strategy.
- To design and deliver the employee engagement strategy in collaboration with the HR Business Partner, Business Leaders and Other team members, monitor and evaluate
outcomes.
To take lead in the following activities:
- Delivering a consistent approach to all internal communications
- Improving the way we listen to, communicate, engage and motivate staff
- Improving the involvement of employees in events, forums, organised by the organisation
- Making sure employees have a voice that is visibly listened to.
- Organising periodic Town-halls
- Drive Reward & Recognition programs
- To collaborate with Corporate Communication team to ensure internal and external communications are effectively coordinated.
- To drive the Rewards & Recognition Program
- Monitor financial budgets for communication and engagement activity
- To participate and lead on specific projects as directed by the CHRO or HR Business Partner
- Evaluate individual and organizational development needs
- To support in implementation of various learning methods companywide (e.g. coaching, job shadowing, online training)
