This role will have the primary responsibility of heading the HR function for the corporate function.
- High caliber candidate with an MBA from a Premier top 10 B Schoool is a must.
- Minimum of 14 years in Human Resource management roles
- Expertise in managing corporate HR functions will be preferred.
- Candidates who can run talent reviews, performance management systems, succession planning and who can manage corporate initiatives in process and policy are the right people for this role
