Role profile :

- Strengthening the practice in terms of market share. Leading end-to-end execution of M&A/PE transactions Independently leading the transaction until closure (client visits, meetings, bilateral discussions,commercial negotiations, due-diligence, transaction closure agreements)Leading the team of associates and analysts to ensure execution excellence

Function : Corporate Finance

Skills :

- Reasonably good technical ability and logical reasoning. Ability to work under pressure

Qualifications :

- MBA from Premier Institute / Qualified CA (cleared in 1 attempt)Strong knowledge of financial, valuation concepts and Business Model

Experience :

- Minimum 5-6 years experience with investment banks / private equity funds.

- The ideal candidate will have end-to-end execution experience on M&A/ PE transactions and will bring in strong analytical and people management skills.

- Being a problem solver and initiator will serve towards operational advantages
