VP-Corporate Communication (External)
Role & Responsibilities :
- Develop and execute a comprehensive external communications strategy, encompassing media relations, social media, employer branding and thought leadership.- Create and lead a dynamic social media plan, including ideation for new posts, creation of content, building community engagement and tracking performance.
- Manage all aspects of media relations, including proactive media outreach, building strong connect with relevant journalists and media monitoring for story opportunities.
- Champion thought leadership for senior management by seeking suitable opportunities for speaker forums through partnerships and connect with external event platforms.
- Draft strong and impactful content including messages for Leadership Talks, Articles, presentations, etc.
- Plan and execute impactful campaigns with an objective of promoting Nomura Powai brand internally and in the industry Support the Internal Communications and Branding efforts of company.
- Collaborate with cross-regional teams and contribute to Global Projects and Campaigns.
Key Skills :- Minimum 12 years of experience in corporate communications, public relations or a related field Excellent communication skills.
- Proven experience in developing and executing social media strategies, including content creation and community management.
- Excellent writing and editing skills with the ability to craft compelling narratives for diverse audiences, including content for various formats.
