Vice President - Corporate Banking Assets & Liability

Position - VP Corporate Banking Assets and Liability / Delhi.

Location-Delhi.

Job Role

- Responsible for acquisition and handling Key Large Corporate, providing them various possible funding solution both on Debt & Equity Side.

- Instrumental in providing structure term loan solution for project.

- Experience in Corporate Banking & Trade Finance relationship management across Large Corporates, Mid- Market and regions like North India, South India and East India.

- Targeted and developed new relationships to increase and diversify customer base.

- Risk assessment which includes detailed business/financial analysis.

- Managed end-to-end process viz. Sourcing of Clients, Risk Assessment, Structuring, Negotiating Term Sheet, Documentation and Disbursement for various lending propositions.

- Managed and strengthened existing client relationship for becoming a core bank to key relationship.
