- Handling a Business HR/TA roles at national level.
- Handled large scale recruitment nationally.
- Been a National Business HR Head /TA Head
- Good people skills
- The role requires handling large scale HR outsourcing spread, across geographies, across multiple services including large scale hiring and running RPO.
- Need to manage and build client relationship and ensure timelines are met across multiple wide gamut of services
- Managing multiple vendors for multiple services, quality assurance and problem resolution within strict deadlines.
- Managing internal teams and multiple stakeholders.
- Ensuring on time delivery of quality results, payments and commercial targets
