Yrs of Experience - More than 20 yrs with an excellent leadership contract management skill

Job Responsibility - Overall contract management which including pre (budget, tendering process, QS and finalisation of agencies) and post contract (contract administration, billing, QS and close out) mgmt. Excellent communication skills with all the stake holders

Type of works completed - High rise commercial cum residential building more than 20 stories using Mivan system

Last five yrs working as VP/DVP - projects in a reputed real estate firm from Mumbai/Pune and Bangalore.

International experience is an added advantage.
