Role Overview:
- The Vice President - Content Solutions is a strategic leadership role responsible for shaping and executing the overall content strategy for the organization.
- This position encompasses overseeing comprehensive content development, including video production, and ensuring that all content aligns with brand objectives and business goals.
- The VP will lead creative teams, drive cross-functional collaboration, and ensure the delivery of high-quality, impactful content across all platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Content Strategy Development & Execution: Design and implement comprehensive content strategies aligned with business goals, ensuring consistency, engagement, and brand alignment across all platforms.
- Video Production & Project Management: Oversee the end-to-end video production process, managing resources, timelines, and budgets to deliver high-quality, impactful content.
- Creative Team Management: Lead and mentor a team of content creators.
- Cross-Department Collaboration: Collaborate with marketing, design, and other departments to integrate content strategies into broader marketing campaigns, ensuring cohesive brand communication.
- Content Planning and Execution: Develop and manage the content calendar. Overseeing production schedule, resource allocation, and budget.
- Implement processes and tools to streamline content creation.
- Performance Monitoring & Optimisation: Set and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for content initiatives, using data-driven insights to continuously optimize strategies and ensure measurable success
- Brand Alignment and Consistency: Ensure all content adheres to brand guidelines and monitoring industry trends and competitor content.
- Maintain a high standard of quality across all content deliverables.
- Budget and Resource Management: Develop and manage the content production budget.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Media Production, or a related field. Master's degree or MBA preferred.
Experience:
- Minimum of 10-15 years of experience in content creation and strategy, with at least 5-7 years in a senior leadership role overseeing content and video production
