Foundational Skills:
- Experience in leading consumer operations for a global organization and managing large spans of employees
- Understanding & experience in managing end to end processes in Consumer operations like Accounts Payable, Anti-Money Laundering, Legal Order & Case Resolution and Credit Reporting & Bankruptcy Operations
- Deep hands on experience of having worked in similar business management roles in comparable corporations
- Strong analytical and fact-based decision-making ability to meaningfully analyze and present complex data
- Project Management skills with ability to cope with delivery within tight deadlines and under pressure
- Ability to motivate talent and drive followership to maximize engagement & business performance
- Ability to effectively communicate with executive leadership and other levels within the Bank; excellent verbal & written skills and effective interpersonal skills
- Ability to collaborate with a culturally diverse group of peers and colleagues in a globally-matrix, multi-geography and multi-cultural offshore service delivery environment
