Job Responsibilities:
- Work with the CEO to chalk out of growth strategy and business plan for the company to meet its vision and goals.
- Establish business goals, short term and long term budgets and develop business plans for achievement of the goals.
- Nurture right partnership and building the eco-system to enable greater visibility in the market.
- Build robust sales and business development strategy for the consumer finance business.
- Build and nurture deep relationships with the Manufacturers and dealers in line with the business growth strategy.
- Target Setting, performance monitoring, coaching and guiding the team , aligning them with the business goals.
- Identify areas of improvement in teams and processes and take necessary initiatives to bridge these gaps.
- Understand and improvise the risk framework of the business and monitor the key risk indices actively to mitigate the same.
- Provide regular reporting to the leadership team on progress against the business plan, risks and support required.
Candidate Requirement:
- 20+ years of experience with a post graduate degree from reputed institute.
- Leadership with a wide perspective right from strategy to operations
- Excellent communication skills
- Result orientation and proven execution capability
- Ability to guide and coach across levels in the line team
