Vice President - Consulting/Program Management - BPO

Only open to candidates with Management Consulting Experience

One of the largest outsourcing companies in India is looking for senior resources to join their Transition team.Since they needs of the industry has changed from only project management skills to having people with Consulting, Sales & Program Management skills, hence the organization is looking for talent in the market.

The ideal candidate should have at least 15 years of work experience, should have led global consulting engagements, should have a fair bit of experience of dealing with CXO level audiences in the client organizations.

Candidate would be responsible for transitions of a specific line of business and would directly report into the global head of transitions.

The job role would have 40%-50% travel involved.
