Vice President - Construction

Specific Experience :

- Hands on experience in civil execution work in industrial /data centre development

- Hands on experience in execution of pre-engineered building - preferred, not a must

Skills :

1. In depth Knowledge of Construction Methodology for Industrial/Data Centre build

2. Good with Project Management Tools

3. Design coordination and management

4. Proficient in reviewing estimates/BOQs (Bill of Quantities) and tender packages.

5. Contracts - administration capabilities.

6. Problem-solving & decision making.

7. Team player as well as ability to lead a team.

8. Hands on experience in handling local issues at site level.

Core Responsibilities :

1. Head construction at site/s.

2. To be responsible for the overall coordination, implementation, execution and completion of project construction ensuring consistency with company strategy, commitments and goals

3. Introduce construction benchmarks and standards.

4. Lead the planning and implementation of the site construction.

5. Plan and schedule project timelines.

6. Define project tasks and resource requirements.

7. Coordinate project related approvals, activities with Government or other agencies as required.

8. Management of existing clients & Liaison with external agencies, Govt. officials, vendor development & mgmt.

9. Track project deliverables using appropriate tools & provide direction and support to the project team.

10. Implement and manage site level changes and interventions to achieve project outputs.

11. Responsible for the timely completion of the construction within budget and safety metrics.

12. Ability to deliver under pressure within a limited time frame
