We are looking for a candidate for VP - Compensation and Benefit.
Position Scope and Responsibilities :
This Sr. Leader will be responsible for the development, implementation, administration and maintenance of compensation and benefit programs.
Ensure the company's benefit offerings remain competitive; evaluate and negotiate contracts with providers.
Evaluates programs, keeps abreast of legislation, trends, advances and/or new technology and makes recommendations for changes and improvements.
Develop compensation and benefit communications and counsel employees on benefit related issues.
Works collaboratively with internal stakeholders to develop innovative competitive compensation and benefit programs..
Participate in leadership meetings and presentations with line of business clients.
Provide executive team with critical competitive intelligence and market analytics.
Recruit, develop, and coach compensation and benefits talent in order to meet or exceed specific goals and objectives.
Effectively lead and communicate the vision and goals (both financial and qualitative) to lines of business executives and ensure that they understand and are motivated to achieve them.
