- Sets the overall Rewards strategy for India and Emerging Markets in line with organizational priorities and in alignment with the global HR/ Rewards strategy.
- Responsible for suggesting key reward initiatives, based on the needs of the organization and future business plans and thereafter working towards successful and consistent implementation of reward strategy in the geographies managed.
- Drives benchmarking activities in the region and provides technical support on various aspects such as vendor selection, peer group finalization, use of survey data and establishing equivalence across various survey methodologies.
- Implements annual compensation reviews, ensuring adherence to guidelines and preparation of final proposal to management & global team.
