Vice President - Commissioning - Media

KEY DELIVERABLES

- Responsible for all Fiction shows & events, from ideation to execution

- Supervises every production aspect from Content perspective by working with Producers on the highest possible quality - from run order acceptance to master delivery.

- Manages & mentors the Fiction team and developing & training new script writers.

- Work closely with all Cross functional departments / stake-holders - Production team, On-Air promo Team, Operations & Graphics Team, Consumer Insights and Strategy Team, Brand Management Team & Commercial Team to ensure the smooth process of building & meeting timelines, estimating costs and contracts & adequate exposure of all shows.

- Coordinating with the Consumer Insights team and Brand management Team to define and evaluate strategies that effectively enhance the consumer base and channel reach.

- Work with Digital and Social Media teams to put in place content & key metrics for determining successful performance of content.

- Coordinate with Standards & Practices Team to raise compliance issues, liaise both internally and externally and ensure that the appropriate certification procedures are followed.

- To collaborate with the appropriate Team to ensure seamless execution of Audience content preferences.

- To establish an impactful story pipeline for all Fiction content - viz., story discussions, screenplay discussions, Production Stage, etc.

- To identify the Content Talent who can contribute to the Story ideation & screenplay writing

- To create an Artist Pipeline by conceptualizing and executing Talent Hunt Shows

- To identify, evaluate and finalize Vendors/Production Houses for the Project Execution

- To ensure the projects in the Pre-production stage is monitored well so that the execution would be seamless as appropriate to the Target Audience of the prescribed slot

- To drive the project to ensure it delivers desired/agreed market share for the slot as per the agreed business expectation/plan from the date of Launch.
