About the Role:.

We are seeking a talented Commercial Real Estate Portfolio Management Manager to join our team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the management of our commercial real estate portfolio, ensuring optimal performance and profitability.

Max CTC offer : 40 LPA.

Work Location : Hyderabad.

Required Qualifications:.

- Overall experience of 13+ years with.

- 6+ years of Commercial Real Estate Portfolio Management experience

- 4+ years of leadership experience.

Desired Qualifications:.

- US Commercial Real Estate Experience 10+ yrs.

- Asset Management Experience.

- Financial Analysis (Operating Statements, Balance Sheet, Tax Returns, Cash Flow Statements, Forecasting, etc.

- Asset Summary Review / Narration updates.

- Real Estate Property Valuations.

- Excellent Written and Verbal Communication skills.

- Managerial Experience minimum 6 years.

Job Expectations:.

- Review, analysis and reporting of property performance; conduct or review, analysis and reporting of property physical condition inspections and compliance audits.

- Review, understand and interpret a wide array of loan/investment documents.

- Understand all aspects of the real estate transaction including the loan/investment structure, borrower/partnership/LLC structure, property, management, and market.

- Identification of issues and preparation, presentation, and execution of watch list and other action plans; assessing, analyzing and reporting balance sheet and investor risk.

- Attain SME level proficiency on all Asset Management tasks.

- Interact with borrowers/developers/general partners, investors, and other internal and external stakeholders independently.
