Vice President - Collateral Management - Investment Bank

Looking to hire Banking professional for one of the leading Investment bank client

Location : Mumbai/Chennai

Experience required :5 Yrs+

Role & Responsibilities:

- The Collateral group is responsible for the OTC Margins, Exchange Margins, Repo margin, Portfolio Recons, Agreement Setup, Client Valuations and Global Initial Margins in line with EMIR and CFTC regulations. The group aims to ensure Credit risk is covered in with the FED Targets, CFTC, EMIR, etc. to minimise firm operational risk for all open trades..

Scope of Role

- Directly responsible for managing the Collateral Management team

- Efficiently manages assignments and prioritizes work load to ensure goals are met

- Develop and implements new processes/procedures to improve operational efficiency and reduce risk

- Collaborate across teams / functions / regions

Should have experience in:

1) Client On boarding

2) Margin

3) Reconciliation
