1. Contributing to the strategy :
- Contributing to MTR & CCR India's strategy and communicate to the staff, conveying messages enabling to get adhesion of the teams to that strategy.
- Accompany the managers to adapt to the strategy with concrete actions,
- Understanding and being able to explain team's contribution to CCR strategies and what are the interactions they will have to manage with other departments, business partners and internal / external clients,
- Defining the Key Objectives and expected results for the cluster (CCR).
- Defining team's objectives in line with OPER and IT strategy,
- Maintaining strong relationship with key partners on the industry to follow the stakes and anticipate changes.
- Create and Sustain the Agile@Scale model.
2. Closely monitoring the business and production, following main pillars (People, Risk, Clients services, Cost, Regulation) :
- Cascading regularly to managers and staff in order to maintain visibility for the staff, notably on the roadmap and strategy,
- Ensuring that teams are using and following relevant KPI/KRI/KCIs to ensure a close and formalized follow up of their activities and risk,
- Monitoring those indicators, and ensure they remain at target, if not, implementing appropriate actions plan, ensuring systematically a good performance dialogue with his N-1,
- Closely monitoring operational incidents or losses, propose and implement appropriate mitigation plan accordingly,
- Ensuring the best use and allocation of the resource/budget within his perimeter, and ensuring to stick to the financial trajectory,
- Ensuring full conformity with regulations,
- Developing and maintaining the deployment of CI tools and practices,
- Adapting his perimeter organization to follow CCR strategies and evolutions within the time,
- Anticipating, implementing and following the HR management of his team (Hiring, plan leaves, mobility, ACR,...).
- Business - Credit & Collateral Services (CCR)
- Yrs of Exp - 10 - 15 yrs in IB ops.
- Relevant exp required - 10+ yrs of exp in CCR.
- The candidate will be expected to manage a headcount of 150+ team members (50% in Blr and 50% in Chennai) which includes both IT & Ops (IT - 20% and Ops - 80%).
- The process will be supporting for ASIA, EMEA, US regions.
- The role is expected to have good stakeholder management which includes directly working with both Global & Regional heads.
- The position would oversee expertise in projects / various projects driven within the dept & own transformation process for the unit.
