Vice President - Cloud Security Posture Specialist

Implement and manage cloud security posture management solutions:

- Deploy and configure CSPM tools and platforms to continuously monitor the security status of cloud resources. Develop and maintain automated security assessments, configuration baselines, and policies.

Assess cloud environments for security risks:

- Perform regular security assessments to identify vulnerabilities, misconfigurations, and compliance violations. Analyze and prioritize security findings and work with relevant stakeholders to remediate identified issues.

Monitor and respond to security incidents:

- Monitor cloud infrastructure and applications for security events, alerts, and indicators of compromise (IOCs).

- Collaborate with incident response teams to investigate and respond to security incidents, including performing root cause analysis and implementing necessary remediation measures.

Develop and maintain security standards and guidelines:

- Contribute to the development of cloud security standards, policies, and best practices. Stay up to date with emerging cloud security threats, vulnerabilities, and industry trends.

- Provide recommendations to improve cloud security posture based on industry frameworks (e.g., CIS benchmarks, NIST).

Collaborate with cross-functional teams:

- Work closely with cloud architects, developers, operations teams, and other stakeholders to ensure security considerations are integrated throughout the cloud lifecycle. Provide guidance and support in implementing secure cloud practices.

Conduct security awareness and training:

- Develop and deliver training materials and workshops to promote cloud security awareness among internal teams. Foster a culture of security by educating stakeholders on cloud security best practices and their responsibilities in maintaining a secure cloud environment.
