- Strong leadership skills, stakeholder management, he/she will lead a team of 25-30 members across countries

- Able to develop tools to deploy, manage, monitor and troubleshoot cloud-based systems

Job description:

- Advanced skills in ETL and data management [SAS DI/DM]

- Knowledge of visualization tools would be a definite plus

- Strong program and project management skills

- Previous experience of managing a medium sized team [15 - 25]

- Results oriented with intense focus on success

- Good interpersonal and teamwork skills

- Good written and oral communication capability

- Demonstrate leadership and good judgment

- Expert in orchestrating Continuous Integration

- Excellent Executive Level Strategy & Planning skills

- Ability to identify IT department priorities and ensure resulting objectives are met in accordance with established timelines or deadlines

- Experienced in establishing, documenting, and enforcing policies and procedures to standardize technology operations, security controls, and reliability standards.

- Highly experience in supporting Development teams in an Agile environment

- Expert in system availability, performance, capacity and monitoring through proper response to incidents, events and problems

- Ability to influence multiple levels of management on highly technical issues and challenges

- Having some industry certifications around data topics would be a definite plus.

- Excellent written and communication skills (MS Word, PowerPoint, Visio, Excel).

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the background in technical and business communications

- Excellent interpersonal skills, comfortable and successful establishing professional relationships

- Proven mentoring skills

- Demonstrated ability to meet critical time-sensitive objectives, emphasis on planning skills

- Good organizational, project management, analytical, problem-solving and verbal/written communication skills.
