Role Summary:

We need professionals come from a marketing production, digital marketing and/or client service background with experience in a similar role. Who would possess experience with one or all of the following functions: digital marketing and web maintenance, client service, RFP or Due Diligence Questionnaire writing, and marketing production, preferably from a major global asset management or financial services institution.

Responsibilities:

- Managing and developing the Client Group team including both direct and indirect reports.

- Acting as the key contact point with the various regional Marketing, Product and Client Service;

- Collaborating with regional hubs to ensure optimum delivery of global business service model is achieved and maintained;

- Managing the operation of the teams including ensuring mid-level managers (direct reports) meet daily deliverables relating to timeliness and accuracy of service;

- Identifying opportunities to streamline and drive business improvement initiatives as well as manage the people implications for any of these changes;

- Workforce planning, budgeting and resourcing to meet business requirements;

- Ensuring appropriate controls are in place to prevent risk, maintaining a zero-tolerance for error in line with internal requirements and standards;

Experience / Certifications required:

- Tertiary qualifications, preferably MBA in finance, economics, commerce or a related discipline

- Solid knowledge of the Asset Management industry and Marketing, Product and Client Service

- Proven experience in transitioning business processes, process improvements/ automation and analytics will be advantageous

- Independently drive key large-scale projects with key stakeholders on site and off site

- Ability to manage stakeholders/ clients at all levels

- Strong leadership, people and team management skills

- Excellent communication skills

- Experience using systems including SiteCore, Dimension, Workfront, Pages, PMAPs, Pega

- Very strong MS Office skills

- Willingness for travel and work in different time zones to support clients.
