Skills & Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Marketing or Analytics, MBA, (preferred)
- Deep understanding of marketing, especially around different channels and the different parts of the customer lifecycle and funnels
- 10+ years in e-commerce and digital marketing
- Familiarity with tools like Klaviyo and web analytics tools such as Google Analytics
- Proven track record of driving revenue growth through email marketing, referral marketing, SEO, AdWords, GMC
- Experience managing and optimizing large catalogs for Google Shopping Ads and GMC
- Strong analytical and project management skills
- Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
Responsibilities:
- Lead a team to develop and implement high-ROI marketing strategies
- Manage the marketing budget- Manage and optimize email marketing campaigns, including designing and implementing drip campaigns, and personalized email marketing programs
- Manage and optimize SEO, AdWords, and Google Merchant Center (GMC) campaigns
- Manage and optimize large catalogs of products for Google Shopping Ads and GMC
- Conduct market research and analysis to lead customer-centric thinking and identify opportunities for growth
- Establish and monitor KPIs to track campaign success and identify improvement opportunities
- Develop and implement referral marketing strategies to drive acquisition and improve retention
- Work cross-functionally with Product Managers, Engg Managers, and Customer Service Managers to make sure all marketing promotions can be and are delivered with a high level of quality exceeding customer expectations
