Job Overview:

Searching for a dynamic VP-HR/CHRO to lead and execute our human resource strategies. This pivotal role will influence the organization's business plan and strategic direction, encompassing areas such as succession planning, talent management, organizational performance, training and development, and compensation. As our HR leader, you will report directly to the CMD.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop robust talent acquisition strategies to secure future staffing needs.

- Establish organization-wide career development plans.

- Enhance the efficiency of our hiring, onboarding, and management processes.

- Foster a "best place to work" culture within the organization.

- Expand the in-house training division with programs for all crucial functional areas.

- Constantly evaluate and refine training and development programs.

- Develop comprehensive HR policies for all locations, whether regional, national, or international.

- Measure the effectiveness of our HR procedures and tools.

- Ensure alignment of HR plans with our values, mission and business objectives.

- Create annual engagement and motivation plans for our employees.

- Lead the HR function, directing talent acquisition, career development, succession planning, training, leadership development, compensation, and benefits.

Skills & Qualifications :

- A bachelor's degree from an accredited college.

- Advanced degree in HR or related fields is desirable (MBA, MA/MS).

- 18-25 years of HR experience, preferably as a Chief HR Officer, Head HR, VP/GM of HR or similar role, preferably in the logistics industry or any industry with Promoter driven firm

- Comprehensive knowledge of all HR functions.

- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills.

- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

- Proven leadership abilities.

- An empathetic and supportive demeanor towards all stakeholders.

- In-depth knowledge of employment-related laws, regulations, and labor legislation
