VP Finance/CFO/Financial controller- Manufacturing /Heavy equipment /Fitness
Job description:
- We are hiring for one of our client distributors for Core Health & Fitness brands of products in India. they are the leading preventive health company and one of the fastest-growing fitness equipment providers in India.
- This position offers the performance of a crucial role driving the significant functionary i.,e overseeing and managing the end-to-end Back-end team operations while contributing to overall growth in the dynamic business.
VP FINANCE & OPERATIONS:ACCOUNTS & FINANCE:- Must be responsible for overseeing and effectively managing the Back-end Team Accounts/Operations and reports to MD, CEO
- Direct reportees i.e, Head of Accounts & Head of Operations
- To review, and present Weekly, Monthly, and Annual Cash Flow Reports/Plans
- To review, and present Forecasted Quarterly Cash Flow Reports/Plans every month
- To oversee the timely collection of Advances and debtors due
- To ensure and map the amount received from customers is mapped to respective vendor Invoices and manage/monitor excess advance received
- To review, and present Weekly, Monthly, and Annual Sales Dashboard
- To review and submit the Monthly, Quarterly and Annual Financials to the management.
- To ensure strict adherence of timely Statutory compliances
- To manage good relationships with Bankers and strategize for augmentation of working capital limits and non-fund-based limits
- To drive Annual Sales & Financial Budgeting Process
- To oversee timely advance tax payment and closure of Statutory and tax audit
OPERATIONS:- To Oversee timely placement of Orders to the Principal company and ensure delivery timelines
- Overseeing the status/tracking of each sales Orders received
- Overseeing the comprehensive Stock planning to ensure optimum minimum stock level and no baggage of stock ageing
- To oversee Stock turnover is at optimum level and inform the sales team in case of aged stocks for liquidation.
- To ensure Sales team has access to all required information from Operations team
BUSINESS ROLES:
- To strictly monitor the Annual sales Target and communicate the achievement/deficit to the Business Head while ensuring accountability on weekly basis
- To ensure regular meeting the Business Head & Regional Sales Heads to ensure smooth functioning and coordination between Sales Operations Accounts
- To maintain strong relationship with the principal company and leverage the growth
DESIRED CANDIDATE PROFILE:- To Guide and mentor the team members
- To review from time to time the internal controls across all types of transactions and come out with plans and SOPs to strengthen the robust controls.
