We're looking for a passionate category leader with deep P&L management and product leadership experience for a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to lead the Zero-to-One development, launch and scaling of a leading category for an ESG Start-Up with both a mission and tremendous value creation upside.

An incredibly rare opportunity for a Category P&L Lead to become a founding member for a well-funded early stage ESG (Environment & Health-Care) start-up backed by top global Venture Capitalists (VCs) and a highly respected management team
Prototype and subsequent MVP both have blockbuster results, targeting an immediate $50 Billion+ market, enabling tremendous wealth creation in a short time for a pedigreed P&L and product development leader.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Category P&L Lead (VP) will lead multiple interdependent work-streams to develop $1 Billion+ P&L immediately:
a) Zero-to-One Product Development for a Health-Care Category with blockbuster MVP Results: Product development will include working with industry experts to create the consumer prop/product from scratch, on-ground scaling ecosystem to deliver it to millions of users with an onground network operations, and support it with a 24x7 live product community enabled by tech.
b) Complete P&L daily cash flow and unit-economics management for the category to go straight from $16MM Seed Round to IPO (Initial Public Offering) in 3 years.
c) Lead daily reporting, investor management, and be an active contributor in setting up the entire company from founding to thousands of employees at scale.
PROFILE
Ideal candidate has the following functional experience:
- B2C Product Building Experience Using Technology: Experience and Passion for building end-to-end B2C Products with both physical operations eg distributed workforce management and tech delivery eg online community.
- Detailed, daily P&L management experience-leading and setting up of sales and operations team from scratch to deliver strong P&L and cash-flow performance with tight margins.
- Zero-to-One StartUp experience- Handling ambiguity to set up things from scratch. Passion for the hardship and selfless commitment involved in making a large dent in the world by taking a startup idea from the edges to the mainstream.
