- The role aims to attract, deploy, develop and retain high caliber entry level talent, to meet strategic India talent pipeline targets for Operations and Technology divisions of the organisation.
- The team is responsible for sourcing/training future talent for the company from both undergraduate and graduate campuses.
- The program partners with dedicated recruiting teams/training teams and human resource business partners aligned to the business people to execute the program across India in line with Global processes.
- This position reports into the APAC Campus Director and has the responsibility to oversee and manage the analyst program for India across all cities.
- The role entails execution of the 2+ years developmental roadmap for entry level talent on the program in India including managing the demand collection, induction programs, on going learning sessions, stakeholder management and reporting, global alignment to program initiatives, performance and compensation management and engagement with the analysts
