Brief: The Campus Recruiting team has an opening to join a fast-paced, team-oriented environment that provides the opportunity for a Vice President to manage the recruiting strategy and execution of talent acquisition for various skills/functions across the firm. The position includes extensive interaction with business managers, HCM professionals, senior stakeholders and candidates and offers longer-term growth opportunities within HCM.
KRAs:
- Work with team to develop, coordinate and execute campus recruiting strategies, including a focus on diversity, campus branding & marketing, and the competitive landscape for specific functional skills across the firm
- You will partner with business to achieve divisional objectives whilst building strong partnerships & sponsorships for respective functions
- Develop best-in-class branding & attracting strategies that are in-line with the firm's aspirational goals
- Attend school programs and build robust relationships with campuses that help the firm interview and evaluate top talent, make hiring recommendations to our businesses, and manage the offer process with a focus on candidate experience
- Work closely with the team, the business and the school to identify opportunities to develop branding programs on campus - with a focus on attraction, long term candidate cultivation and employer branding
- Manage summer internship program and experience
- Oversee and assist with divisional recruiting logistics, such as systems updates, securing interviewers, scheduling candidates, offer management and onboarding. Oversight of all reporting & analytics relating to budget, headcount, campus engagement ROIs
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's/Master's degree
- At least 7+ years of relevant experience
- Strong interest in the Financial Services industry
- Strong communication, sales and interpersonal skills; confident interacting with stakeholders at all levels; Ability to develop and maintain strong relationships
- Ability to create, share and communicate
