Campus Lead - VP - BFSI
The principal accountabilities of the role holder are as follows :
Develop and Implement Campus Recruitment Strategy :
- Develop and implement a comprehensive Campus recruitment strategy that aligns with the business goals, talent needs and employer brand.
- Manage campus relationships and evaluate the campuses to visit for internships and final placements, using objective criteria based on changing marketplace demographics.
- Identify, engage and nurture relationships with premier academic institutions, faculty and alumni.
- Establish and maintain effective partnerships with internal stakeholders to identify current and future talent needs, anticipate skill gaps, and develop proactive campus recruitment plans.
Life Cycle Management & Development of Career Path for Campus Recruits :
- Drive the campus recruitment process for Management Trainees, Graduate Engineering Trainees, CA and Interns which includes screening, scheduling interviews, selection and offer.
- Provide guidance and support to candidates throughout the recruitment and onboarding process, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
- Partner with the internal stakeholders on the design and execution of management trainee induction, connect and journey programs.

JOB SPECIFICATIONS :
- 10-12 years of campus recruitment / engagement experience wherein the candidate has managed mass hiring.
- Masters from a reputed campus.
