Principal Responsibilities :
The role holder is responsible for :
- Management and execution of Marketing communications campaigns and activities to deliver against the objectives and ambitions of the RBWM India Marketing strategy and plan
- Implementing campaigns for RBWM India while ensuring that the bank brand is promoted in a cohesive and consistent way, using the agreed campaign assets and supporting materials
- Formulating and implementing Marketing activities and campaigns to support the achievement of revenue growth targets for RBWM India
- Driving portfolio growth in key segments, building the Bank brand presence and supporting the local activation of campaigns and events
- Collaborating with key internal stakeholders and effectively managing agency and supplier relationships to maximise service delivery
- Execute effective local campaigns, platforms and campaign assets
- Implement the agreed campaign and activities in line with the agreed Marketing plan, budget and activity schedule
- Work with agencies and third parties to deliver campaigns and assets to time and in budget
- Ensure that all campaigns and assets delivered are legal and compliant with the relevant codes of practice
- Manage a broad range of agencies (e.g. creative, media and events) to ensure timely delivery of campaign materials
- Gain agreement from all key stakeholders to ensure support for campaign activities and budgets
- Work with Marketing Communication managers and agency personnel to align and integrate activity, as well as inform and guide Marketing head and other team members
- Assume day-to-day management of agencies and other third party suppliers to deliver campaigns on time and within budget
- Support achievement of the bank vision, Values, goals and culture in personal behavior, actions and decision making
- Encourage and enable constructive cross-country and cross-business teamwork by demonstrating collaboration and matrix management in action and challenging actions and behaviors that are not consistent with bank diversity policy and/or the best interests of the business and its customers.
- Contribute to the development, implementation and maintenance of a Marketing management information, analysis and reporting framework that supports and informs timely and effective business management and decision making at all levels
Qualifications/Requirements :
- MBA in Marketing from Premier B-school
- Around 6-8 years of strong marketing experience in consumer responsive organizations
- Detailed understanding of retail banking products and services
- Leadership, agency management and collaborative skills
