Role : VP-Business Training-Consumer Banking
Responsibilities :
- Responsible for facilitating training programs at India Consumer Ops and particularly - Phone Banking Platform, brining in-depth knowledge and integrating subject matter and industry expertise into their facilitating.
- Delivers training based on principles of adult learning, using a variety of instructional methods and media appropriate for the proposed learning objectives.
- Masters all course content and materials as well as synthesize/summarize when needed.
- Leads a team of other trainers and should have prior experience managing others.
- Delivers courses content and ensures participants leave with new skills to apply to their job
- Assists with the delivery of leadership training programs for employees
- Partners with regional and business colleagues to align priorities and activities
- Stays connected with Learning Advisors to share insights and ensure program objectives are being met.
- Manages classroom environment as well as pre and post-class activities, reports on program progress to necessary stakeholders.
- Provides performance support to newly trained associates.
- Facilitates coaching, communication and leadership workshops.
- Manages tight timelines and pace of the course/class
- Leads a team of trainers
- All other duties as assigned.
