Business Process Re-engineering -
- IC3 acts as a resource for clients to develop process improvement programs based on their business strategy.
- With limited guidance, defines, designs and implements process improvement initiatives through cross-functional teams.
- Assigned to moderately complex problems and/or a piece of an enterprise-wide initiative.
- Conducts research to inform and guide solutions.
- Employs a client-focused approach to drive adoption and utilization of business process re-engineering solutions.
- Conducts analyses on business segments, competitive landscape and industry environment to determine process recommendations and impact analysis.
- Documents business processes to analyze and prioritize business requirements using Six Sigma expertise.
- Develops metrics to inform process measurement and root cause assessment based on assessment of best practice techniques for projects.
- Develops business process change recommendations. Facilitates and coaches project team to ensure optimal program adoption.
- Employs project management and change management strategies.
- Liaises with industry and professional groups and networks with clients and prospects.
- Contributes to the functions intellectual capital around business process improvement and consulting approach. No direct reports.
- Leads a project team to accomplish results.
- Contributes to the achievement of multiple related teams objectives and profitability of assigned product(s).
- BachelorsMasters degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required.
- Advanced/graduate degree preferred. 5-7 years of total work experience preferred.
- Experience in securities, financial products and/or the finance industry preferred.
- Six Sigma Black Belt and PMP certification preferred.
