VP- Operations (Trucking Industry only)
Financial:
- P&L responsibility of CCFF business - existing customer & new customer.
- Review & Report monthly P&L to accurately measure performance
- Developing pricing template to ensure all cost elements are met and desired EBIDTA is achieved as per agreed goals.
- Accurate forecasting of pipeline and revenue from potential customers / leads on a monthly quarterly and annual basis.
- Identify new business opportunities within existing focus Industry sector and develop capabilities for potential high growth rate new industry sectors.
- Set up MIS reports to monitor financial & related performance.
Business Development & Customer Engagement:
- Create review mechanism and SLA monitoring template to monitor service level of internal customer.
- New Business Development
- Networking with the Top Management across verticals to understand clients' requirement & provide best solutions.
- Developing a strong solution, account management, sales and operations team to manage the business growth.
- To develop alternate selling stream for sunk cost realization
- Creating a business plan and strategy document with Management and developing strong sales funnel based on the business plan.
Managerial:
- Strategy planning, ROI accountability, Business set up/ Tie ups, Costing/ pricing, Defining SLAs/ TATs and IT integration
- Identify Training needs and endeavor to impart trainings at all levels through internal & external resources
Functional:
- Set up and re-organize Product / Operational set up where-ever required.
- Set up Sales organization within various Geographies to ensure development of locally sold business.
- To assess and make necessary changes to Global Agents Network to optimize the network strength.
- Review, define & take steps to set Operational Process Standards to bring efficiency in Operational Process
- Appoint & Lead team leaders for Sales, Product , Finance , IT and all other critical functions.
- Measurement and monitoring of Profit Center Operations, Revenue Expansion, CRM, Key Account Management, Distribution/ Channel Management and Personnel Management.
Commercial & Compliances:
- Financial Budgeting, Statutory Compliances and Legal Documentation to ensure that overall governance of the division is well maintained.
- Set up KPI and reporting to measure and monitor performance.
- Set up systems to monitor Compliances and fix responsibilities.
