Vice President - Business Operations - Legal Tech space

Our client is a fast-growing company in the Legal tech space and is looking to hire a VP Business Operations responsible for planning, coordinating, and overseeing the day-to-day operations of the company.

Key Responsibilities :

- Planning, overseeing, and implementing operations strategy

- Developing and implementing budgets for multiple departments and projects

- Analysing and improving business operations

- Enables organization-wide analytics & MIS & supports ideation to implementation of business dashboards for structured insights.

- Build the annual operating plan of the company with the COO/CFO's office

- Stakeholder Management

Ideal experience:

- 12-15 years of business operations experience with global exposure in a mid-size company

- Prior experience of managing large teams with a strong technology focus / understanding & implementation skill to enable technology as a key business enabler.

- Knowledge of management metrics, ISO / CMMi processes

- BE / BTech professionals with an MBA is preferred

- Candidates from Series B/C/D start-ups are welcome
