Vice President - Business Intelligence - Shared Services

Looking for VP Business Intelligence for a large shared service company based in Pune.

Role purpose :

- The role aims at building Business Intelligence capability in India to drive value creation across the organization.The incumbent is also expected to partner with Group BI Head in the development of the organization Group BI strategy

- The role requires creating plans to execute the BI strategy in India partnering with the local market BI and Commercial community and also align operational plans with local organisational structure leveraging third party provides to upskill local teams. The person will be an important member of BI community, identifying best practice and rolling it out across other local markets

- The incumbent will also own all operational delivery and fully responsible for successful execution of BI service delivery and also owns the end to end issue resolution and reaches out to impacted parties cross-functionally to define the root cause of issues, define and implement solutions through others

- Being a head of a large team the incumbent needs to Lead & Coach teams (internal and external) on design & development of BI models and converge internal & external data to create value for organization customers
