Its a Business HR role based with a large Financial Group in Delhi.
- Setting up & managing large scale & complex distribution structures.
Act as an HR interface with the business leadership community, responsible for leading and supporting the transformational people agenda
- Work with Management, Leadership team to establish a people agenda/planning which supports the delivery of the business goals and drives employee engagement.
- Develop the HR Strategy and Framework.
- Role as a catalyst for building Organizational Effectiveness within the business. Educate business on HR/employee trends that affect the business & employees
- Should have functional leadership in developing & delivering HR strategies with leadership teams to drive growth, performance & talent management.
