Business Head - VP BFSI Consulting Sales
- This role is to help us in consulting Led Sales as verticalisation is done to drive the growth. Ability to understand the consulting from the client part.
- Ideal candidates should have the SCM or FS Lending Domain Experience. Substantial stakeholders' management and be capable of working with Pre-sales, PS & product teams. Understand from a Business standpoint & continue with the sales team, Till winning the deal with Sales.
Role and Responsibilities:
- Understand the requirement problem statement, work with pre-sales & another team, work with sales, and create a business solution proposal to drive the deal closure.
- Interacting with the clients from a business standpoint. Domain and consulting knowledge is a must.
- Work cross-functionally to assist in the development of strategies for new verticals, geographies, products, and market segments.
The ideal candidate will be someone with :
- 12- 18 years of total work experience in a similar sort of role in Domain Mapping, Identification, Delivering, Solution & working with Pre-sales and consulting units.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a professional work ethic
- Excellent organisational skills with a strong bias to action
- High ability in data-driven problem-solving and negotiation.
