Vice President - Business Development - Structured Finance

- Identification of clients requiring liabilities management advisory Financial Restructuring, Structured Solutions, Loan Refinancing, Corporate Structuring and Divestment Advisory.

- Meeting promoters and top management of identified targets, understand their business strategy and financial solution requirements while sharing firms credentials and thus zeroing in on executable financial solutions.

- Mandate conversion and handover to the respective product execution team.

- Relationship management with existing and prospective clients.
