Arsenius Skill Capital is Hiring Vice President - Business Development & Strategy (Land) for India's Multinational Conglomerate, headquartered in Mumbai

Position: VP Business Development & Strategy (Land)

Location: South Mumbai

CTC: up to 1 CR PA

Requisite:

- Post Graduates with 15+ Years of Experience in Real Estate at Senior Level in Land Transactions, Liasioning and Real Estate Strategy

- Should have Technical experience to: Evaluate the issues pertaining to Legal, Technical, Revenue, BMC, SRA, and Corporation.

- Have good Revenue, DCR, UDCPR knowledge of land matters including FSI Calculations, Project Evaluation, Valuations, and revenue records

- Evaluate & Control the Physical Encroachments, Slums, other Encroachments on the Land

- Have good finance modelling & legal acumen knowledge and should be a good people manager

- Should have the experience and knowledge to take charge of the different Types of Land parcels

- Protection of Land. (Protection for Govt., SRA Acquisitions, Protection form encroachments on physical Land also on the Title of the Land)

- Make a Strategy to develop and monetize them in order to realize the best value.

- Updation of Asset Documents/ Files, Register and revenue records & Valuation of lands, Make system wherein the data is collated/ reconciled and the records are readily available

- Prepare Note on each Land Parcel with details of Location, inception of Ownership, Documents, Sequence of events at Site and in any Authority, Courts, etc.

- Make an Asset List that should be Monetized/ Sold.

- Prepare a Project Valuation Report, Take Valuation form Valuers.

- Scouting for JV partners for joint development Etc.
