PRIMARY OBJECTIVE: To drive revenue growth, shape product direction, and establish strategic partnerships that position the company as a leader in risk management software solutions.

KEY ATTRIBUTES: A dynamic entrepreneur leader manager who can - Identify opportunities, embrace risk and drive innovation to create value - Inspire teams, set clear goals and motivate team members to achieve ambitious goals - Executes strategies, organizes resources and ensures operational excellence for sustainable success.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Strategic Sales & Revenue Growth - Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve revenue and market share targets.

- Identify high-value customer segments and verticals to prioritize sales efforts.

- Lead negotiations and close large, complex enterprise deals.

Business Development - Build and maintain relationships with enterprise clients, channel partners, and strategic alliances.

- Identify new market opportunities and assess emerging trends in risk management and compliance technology.

- Collaborate with marketing to develop targeted campaigns that drive lead generation and brand positioning.

Product Direction & Development - Act as a bridge between customers and product teams to align software development with market needs.

- Gather and analyze customer feedback, market research, and competitive insights to inform product enhancements.

- Contribute to product roadmaps by prioritizing features and functionalities based on client and market requirements.

- Collaborate with R&D, engineering, and product management teams to ensure timely delivery of product improvements.

Customer Relationship Management - Serve as a trusted advisor to key clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.

- Address customer concerns and ensure a smooth handover to customer success teams post-sale.

- Advocate for long-term client relationships to drive renewals and upsells.

Team Leadership - Lead and mentor teams - Establish performance metrics and foster a results-driven, innovative culture.

- Conduct training to improve team knowledge of the product and sales strategies.

Market Intelligence & Strategy - Monitor industry trends, regulatory changes, and competitor activities to adapt business and product strategies.

- Identify opportunities for innovation and differentiation in the risk management software market.

- Provide strategic recommendations to senior leadership for entering new markets or enhancing product offerings.

Reporting & Analytics - Prepare and present detailed sales and product performance reports, including forecasts and pipeline updates.

- Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) across sales, business development, and product metrics.

Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in technology, engineering and marketing (MBA preferred).

- 7+ years of experience in sales, business development, or product strategy, preferably in software or SaaS industries.

- Strong knowledge of risk management solutions, compliance software, or enterprise IT systems.

- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales and product delivery targets.

Skills Required - Expertise in strategic sales, negotiation, and relationship management.

- Strong understanding of product development lifecycles and customer-centric design.

- Analytical mindset with experience in market research and competitive analysis.

- Proficiency with CRM tools (e.g, Salesforce) and product management platforms (e.g, JIRA, Aha!).
