- This requirement is for a top real estate developer in India with sales of >10,000 Cr in FY23
- Leading a team of senior professionals nationally to spearhead transformational growth through strategic initiatives and focused land/project acquisitions - Worked with external consultants to develop an overall strategy for the company for near and mid-term growth and enhancing stakeholders value.
- Identifying & acquisition of land, from sourcing to handing it over for development.
- New business initiatives creation of business case & business performance | Partnerships & Alliances: pipeline of prospective partners, evaluation framework, value proposition for stakeholders, overall business plan.
- Maintaining relationships with end-IPC and Channel partners, know the market with latest trends.
- Analyze Financial viability of land. - Present to the board for project approvals - In-depth understanding of all the bye laws, compliances needed to operate & build projects.
- Develop new clients & manage existing relationships to build a pipeline of transactions. Administered transaction management from building pipeline of opportunities |Negotiating commercial terms | Business Planning | Finalization of Term Sheets |Definitive Agreement | Project implementation.
- Actively working with Funds for JV/JD/Pre-leased asset & land acquisition. - In dept. understanding of all bye laws / processes / negotiations of land in North India. -
- Detailed market knowledge & relationships with Developers / aggregators / brokers
