About the Client : Our client is one the world's leading players in the Education-Technology space having solutions in the Maths Learning space targeted to schools and institutions.
Role :
- The role is to manage the accounts in India to build new business and solution selling to large clients which are large institutions (schools).
- The candidate would own a portfolio of strategic enterprise accounts and drive engagement with the client sponsors.
The role is based out of Gurgaon/Mumbai and would be responsible for :
- Building and driving business through up-selling the product offering
- Driving KPIs through engagement with the client sponsors and building customer awareness
- Being the leader of the post-sales process, and working towards up-selling and renewals with the clients
- Achieving high sense of customer satisfaction and with focus on growing the accounts by being the trusted advisor to the engagement partners and sponsors
About the Candidate :
The candidate would report to the Global Head for Sales and should have/be :
- 12+ years of experience in account management, sales
- Strategic thinking and ability to manage senior stakeholders from the client's side
- Deep understanding of customer dynamics and an entrepreneurial approach to business
- Good experience in managing strategic/global accounts
