Vice President - BD (only GC or US Citizen)
Specific responsibilities :
- Client coverage at an CxO and MD level, New Deal Generation, Own the sales cycle
- Maintaining a consistent pipeline of opportunities
- Developing and communicating a strategic sales plan and strategy to achieve assigned goals
- Closing large outsourcing engagements with EVP and C-level buyers
- Working closely with the presales and delivery organizations to foster a client centric culture and cohesive teaming environment
- Leveraging existing executive level relationships to enhance organizations brand in the applicable vertical.
- Representing Organization at relevant conferences, tradeshows, and industry forums
- Leading the development of long-term relationships with new and existing clients through careful planning, strategizing, and value creation
The Essential Competencies :
- Experience in the Manufacturing Industry selling IT Services as well as a combination of IT/BPO/Analytics
- Specific experience and connects at CIO & MD level in some of the manufacturing accounts are desirable

- History of successfully selling IT outsourcing and consulting services
- A proven business development professional with executive presence; strong communication and presentation skills and a drive for results
