Vice President - Business Development
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Responsible for building long-term relationships and referrals with potential clients
- Managing a team size of 100 + IT, Cloud, Hardware, Sales Professionals
- Also managing the top line of 60 to 100 crores.
- Cloud sales and understanding industry specific demand for solution designing and implementations.
- Sales and activation for cloud through channel sales. (Distributors and Partners)
- Design and deploy licensing options for large accounts, driving Partner readiness programs, capacity building over Office 365, Azure, and cloud spark, windows Intune, Consumption and adoption of office 365 and tools
- Manage licensing business through various partner-customer consumption and trainings, azure consumptions and designing solutions over azure and office 365
- Partner capacity building on cloud solutions based on customer requirements, demonstration and poc,s, office 365 activation and deployments, driving consumption of office 365 and azure, pre sales activities for azure and office 365 across customers
- Planning and architecting of business IT needs for operations, active directory and exchange implementation and maintain bid management, RFP's, system analyst, IT infra structure management which includes Software solution, software licensing, Channel Partner management, channel partners development and readiness programs, POC's and demonstrations, product Market development, Pre sales activities, promotional activities, data analysis, product management.
- Responsible for mentoring and guiding Program Managers / Sales Consultants in achieving sales targets across SaaS and license businesses.
- Responsible for generating new business with the support of sales team.
- Core responsibility of managing the revenue for the India business
- Seasoned in designing and deploying latest tools for mobile workforce and computing solutions, cloud and azure, hybrid virtualization, backup & recovery solutions, power computing, cloud computing
