- Identification of clients requiring liabilities management advisory & Financial Restructuring, Structured Solutions, Loan Refinancing, Corporate Structuring and Divestment Advisory

- Meeting promoters and top management of identified targets, understand their business strategy and financial solution requirements while sharing firm's credentials and thus zeroing in on executable financial solutions

- Mandate conversion and handover to the respective product execution team

- Relationship management with existing and prospective clients
