Job Description - Opportunity to work with top lead upskilling firm. And drive one of their major Business models.

Client Details :

Our Client is Asia's leading tech-education firm valued at over $600 Million. They have a strong presence in the country and have done 10,000+ placement with 400+ companies. They are among the leading upskilling platforms with around 1 million and above registered users.

Description:

- Should be able to drive 0-1/1-10 initiatives with conviction.


- Managing the culture and ethos of existing team (We are growing by 30% MoM).

- Working with the marketing department to design print and online promotional materials for the company's products and services.

- Should be readily available with logical answers with data backed approach.

- Identifying where improvements can be made and developing sales plans and strategies to achieve sales goals.

- Recruiting and hiring sales staff and developing training programs.

- Managing sales teams and maintaining sales operations.


- Outlining and managing sales budgets.


- Setting weekly and monthly sales goals and motivating the sales teams to achieve their goals.


- Monitoring the market and competitor products and activities and providing detailed sales forecasting.


- Reviewing customer activity, anticipating consumer needs, and improving customer satisfaction.

- Creating sales reports and providing feedback to the leadership team at company meetings.


- Taking care of refund cycle and maintaining it end to end.

- Ability to roll up sleeves & focus on formulating effective target completion strategies.


- Cross collaboration between different verticals like Finance, Marketing, Strategy and Operations team to name a few is crucial.

Profile:

- Should have worked with high ticket size: 1 Lakh +

- Must have managed a team size of 200+ people


- 5 days working with Sat and Sundays being off


- Strong experience in handling B2B sales team


- Should have a strong understand on handling OKR sheet, incentive model


- Must come form consumer tech background


- Must have managed a P&L size of 500cr+
