Part of the Leadership team, a strategic leader responsible for overseeing the entire business unit's operations, including delivery teams, sales teams, and internal IT infrastructure teams Key Responsibilities: 1. Strategic Leadership: - Develop and implement the strategic vision and roadmap for the Digital Transformation Business Unit. - Drive business growth by identifying and pursuing new market opportunities and expanding the client base. - Ensure alignment of the business unit's goals with the company's overall strategic objectives. 2. P&L Management: - Oversee the financial performance of the business unit, including revenue, profitability, and cost management. - Accountable for contributing to the topline growth, new customer acquisition and making strategic marquee accounts. - Build YoY growth rate driving in top line (new logos) and farming accounts. 3. Delivery Management: - Lead and manage the delivery teams to ensure successful project execution and client satisfaction. - Implement best practices and methodologies to enhance delivery efficiency and quality. - Monitor project performance, addressing any issues or risks proactively. 4. Business Development & Sales: - Drive business development initiatives to secure new clients and expand existing relationships. - Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and market growth. - Convert presales responses into new business acquisitions. Act as a key advocate for the organization's vision, diverse initiatives, and value proposition to help remove barriers and align the team with the IT services journey. 5. Internal IT Infrastructure: - Oversee the internal IT infrastructure team to ensure robust and scalable technology solutions. - Ensure the internal IT environment supports the business unit's operational needs and strategic goals. 6. Market Research and Analysis: - Proactively research and analyse new business opportunities, driving strategies to stay ahead in the competitive market. 7. Client Advocacy: - Manage and enhance client relationships, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and loyalty through effective communication and service delivery. 8. Partnerships and Alliances - Build commercial and technology partnerships to propel business growth. Provide access and support to emerging tech companies and build successful partnerships. - Leverage partnerships to create joint opportunities and drive mutual growth. Requirements: - Minimum 12-15 years' work experience with minimum 4-year experience in project management and 4-5 years in BD/sales in Digital Transformation - Advanced degree from Tier 1 institute, Engineering or Equivalent, master's preferred - PGDM/MBA from tier1/2 institute.
