Job Description
A Seasoned sales professional who can head our Sales & Business Development function targeted towards Corporate & Alliance Partners.
This role would also form an important part of the Management Committee of our Company
HealthAssure expects the market for this product to be in excess of 50 million customers driven by a planned push in the market through various sales channels.
Job Responsibility:
- Managing corporate sales and meeting monthly and yearly targets
- Leveraging strategic relationships to ensure business volumes from these channels
- Use various forms of Digital Marketing for increasing market share
- Lead sales team across the country and target various regional markets and market segments for product growth and penetration
- The individual would require to interact with Senior/ Mid Management within Corporate
- Manage the P&L for the function viz. sales, product pricing, cost of acquisition, product utilization, resource plan/ productivity, etc.
- Work closely on Product Development Team and IT Team to help evolve the product and target new market opportunities
- The position would require travel across the country within Metros and beyond
