Hiring for Vice President - Business Development who is a qualified MBA having 12-15 years of experience in B2B Sales/Business Development.
1. Increase throughout of company by working with Clients and other stakeholders in ensuring increase in throughput and arrest leakage of company and Diversion . Work on unique & innovative solutions for customers enhancing preferred destination for the trade community.
2. Identify prospective clients for CSB & CSBX , follow up with the prospective clients, prepare business proposals, initiate discussions & negotiations and close the business. Plan, Identify and commission Second Cargo Terminal and its Operator in line with the laid down regulation.
3. Improve collection efficiency.
4. Execute Global Marketing initiatives to promote facilities.
5. Composite CSAT score with Trade.
6. Identify and improve employee engagement score by driving at least three Business Excellence & Other Quality Initiatives (IMS, Kaizen, CIP etc).
7. Stakeholder Management, Nil Regulatory non-compliances by Initiating and managing excellent relationships with all the stakeholders such as Customs and other regulatory bodies ,Logistics & Trading communities, JVs, Transportation and Road Feeder Service networks towards facilitating business.
8. Achieve AOP revenue targets.
9. Capital Expenditure.
